IMPULSE SCANNERTerms of use

The developer and rights holder of Impulse Scanner is the sole proprietor Andrey Maksimovich Konkov (Russia; INN 971501075921, OGRNIP 322774600537839), "the developer". Legal information and contacts.
1. What Impulse Scanner is
Impulse Scanner is an analytics tool. It collects public market data, measures it and shows the results: detector signals, market states, historical frequencies and self-check statistics of its methods.
2. Not investment advice
Nothing in the app or on the site is investment, financial or any other advice, offer or recommendation to take any action in the market. You make all decisions yourself and at your own risk. Crypto futures markets carry high risk, including the total loss of funds.
3. Data and historical frequencies
Data comes from exchanges and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Historical frequencies and research results describe the past and do not guarantee repetition. Indicators may contradict each other; the app deliberately does not merge them into a combined score.
4. Pro and licences
- The Pro trial lasts 7 days and is granted once per device.
- A Pro key gives access to Pro features for the term stated at purchase. Reselling keys is not allowed.
- One key works on up to three devices at a time — phones, computers, TVs in any mix. A device is activated through the server when the key is entered; a slot can be freed in the app on that device ("Unlink this device") or through support.
- The app works online and periodically confirms the activation with the server. Without a connection Pro keeps working for up to 7 days after the last confirmation.
- A key may be revoked if it is refunded or on a clear breach of these terms (for example resale).
- Pro features may evolve; features available at the time of purchase are kept until the key's term ends.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled under the rules of the platform where the key was bought, and on request to support if the key could not be activated.
6. Availability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: some exchanges or networks may restrict access, and the server may be temporarily unavailable (the app's main features keep working directly with the exchanges).
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for losses related to the use of, or inability to use, the app and its data.
